If you choose to sign up for launch notifications, you will be redirected to a Google Forms page where you may provide your email address. This email address is stored by Google LLC on their servers as part of the Google Forms service.

We collect your email address solely to send you notifications about the Fyndry app launch.

2.2 Anonymous Website Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. This service:

  • Does not use cookies
  • Does not track individual visitors
  • Does not collect personal data
  • Only collects aggregate, anonymized metrics (page views, visit counts, referrer information, country-level location)

No personal data is processed through our website analytics.

Email sign-up is handled through Google Forms. When you submit the form, your email is stored on Google's servers. Google acts as a data processor for this data under Google Workspace's Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which includes Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR compliance.

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.)

Our Website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Pages may process IP addresses for CDN delivery and security purposes as part of standard web hosting operations. Cloudflare Web Analytics processes only anonymous, aggregate data with no personal data collection.

6. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Your email address, submitted via Google Forms, may be stored on Google servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). This transfer is protected by:

  • The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework
  • Google's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not process personal data and therefore no personal data transfer occurs through this service.

7. Data Retention

  • Email address: We retain your email address until the Fyndry app launches and you have been notified, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
  • Analytics data: Cloudflare retains anonymous aggregate data according to their own retention policy. This data cannot be linked to any individual.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
